Professional Achievements

Angela is the Executive Director of The Center for Career and Talent Development at Radford University.   She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and has served as the Chicago Region Co-Chair for the Network of Executive Women.  In 2015, she received the Bobbie O’Hare award as Woman of The Year for her efforts.  She has been recognized as one of “The 25 Most Influential African Americans in Health Foods Industries” by Black Health Magazine and was recognized as a 2011 Presidents Award recipient by the US Black Engineers organization. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified as a CPCC Co-Active Coach.


Academic Achievements

During her doctoral studies at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Angela was inducted as a Bouchet Society scholar at Yale University for her doctoral achievements.

The TheodoraHer research, The Theodora Effect: Character Strengths and High Performance in Women Executives was selected to be shared at the World Congress of International Positive Psychology Association.
